![]() Called the manager, was told that its my fault that I took cold food from them. Tuesday came and went no call, then called Wednesday and the guy Habib seemed irritated told me to speak to Rehan the manager. Called Shalimar spoke to DC, said he would pass my message and someone will call. All the behari kebobs and lamb chops went bad, as well as the goat biryani. Monday evening came home from work opened my fridge and it reeked of spoiled meat. Then whatever food was left, which was quite a bit, it was cooled, placed in Tupperware and put in the fridge to use later. Called them Sunday saying this is not what I ordered but was told otherwise. ![]() Looked and tastes like a regular paratha. They charged $4 per a paratha that was suppose to be a "lacha" paratha. My guests arrived at 5pm and since the food was cols, we had to wait until 5:30 for the food to be hot enough to serve. I had my chafing dishes out to transfer the food into. The beef behari kebab and the lamb chops were cold. The biryani and chicken korma and bhindi masala was warm, not hot at all. The food was picked up around 4 pm and brought home by 4:30pm. Told them someone is on the way to pick it up. I received a call at 3:30pm the food is ready to be picked up and brought out. We Catered food on Sunday, July 23rd and told them I would pick up at 4pm. ![]() Someone posted in another review about buffet leftover kebabs, I have had two previous experiences with that when I have ordered food over the phone and picked up kebabs that were cold and dry and went bad in a day or two.
